Secure payments
We take payments seriously. Your connection to this site is encrypted, and we use industry-standard payment processors so we never handle raw card numbers on our servers. If you need help with a payment, contact our accounts team (replace the email below with your real contact).
How you can pay
- Pay by invoice — For customers with an approved credit account. Contact your account manager to request an invoice and confirm payment terms.
- Pay by bank transfer — Available to customers with bank transfer terms. Use the account details supplied on your invoice and include your order reference.
- Pay by card (Stripe) — New customers can pay by card using our secure Stripe checkout. Card details are handled and tokenised by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
What we do to keep payments safe
- Your browser session uses HTTPS/TLS so data is encrypted in transit.
- Card data is processed by our PCI-aware payment provider. We minimise what we store and regularly review our security.
- Where possible we use hosted or tokenised payment flows so card numbers never appear on our servers.
- We retain billing information only as required for invoicing, VAT, refunds and fraud prevention.
Refunds, receipts and VAT
Receipts and invoices are issued automatically after payment, or on request for bank transfers and invoices. We retain purchase records as required for tax and audit purposes.
Fraud prevention
We run routine checks on payments and may contact you to confirm details if something looks unusual. If you suspect fraud, contact your bank and our accounts team immediately.
